Product / Stock List
Each row is a stock batch; same barcode can have multiple expiry dates.Import products from Excel / CSV
Required import format (exactly 8 columns): Product Name, Current Stock, Cost Price, M.R.P., Rec.Date, MFG, EXP, Barcode. Extra columns are ignored. Rows are validated before import. Choose Update existing stock for regular stock refreshes; this replaces the matched batch quantity instead of duplicating the row.
Update mode matches existing batches by Barcode + MFG + EXP. If Barcode is blank, it matches Product Name + MFG + EXP. Matching rows have their stock and details replaced; unmatched rows are added as new batches.
